NHS Devon is looking for people with lived experience of long-term health conditions to help shape future health and care services.

This includes people who:

  • Have a heart or cardiovascular condition
  • Have a lung or respiratory condition
  • Have diabetes (type 1, type 2 or pre-diabetes)
  • Care for someone with one of these conditions

Your views can help make services better for patients, carers and families across Devon.

What does taking part involve?

There are different ways to get involved, depending on what suits you best. This may include:

  • Online surveys
  • Group discussions or focus groups
  • In-person events
  • Sharing your experience to help design future services

You can choose to take part online, in person, or both. Support options are also available, such as accessible information, interpreters, flexible timings, or help with travel costs.

How to sign up

If you are interested, you can register your interest using the NHS Devon online form. The form mainly asks for contact details and some optional background information, so NHS Devon can understand who they are reaching.
